SMS is billed per segment beyond what's included. Email follow-up is included on every plan. Outbound hunting always prepares messages for a human to approve, nothing sends on its own.
Do the math the way a contractor does.
Every missed call and cold quote is revenue you're leaving on the table. Recover one job a month and any tier pays for itself many times over.
Common questions
What counts as a "recovered job"?
A lead that would have slipped through, a missed call, a form that never got a reply, a quote that went cold, that Firstback catches and follows up on fast enough to win. In the trades, one of those can cover your whole year.
Are there contracts?
No. Every plan is month-to-month, cancel anytime from Settings, and you keep your data export. Annual just saves you two months.
What's an SMS "segment"?
Carriers count texts in 160-character segments; longer messages use more. Starter is pay-as-you-go, Growth includes 500/mo, Pro includes 2,000/mo, and extra segments are billed at cost with no markup.
What does "prepare-not-send" hunting mean?
On Growth and Pro, Firstback finds and drafts outreach to prospects in your area, but a human on your team approves every single message before it sends. Nothing leaves on its own.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime, up or down. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next cycle, and your pipeline, timeline, and history carry over untouched.
